WEEK ONE: 

5 ELEMENTS + 3 DOSHAS

Understanding how you, your world and everything in it is made of the 5 elements is fundamental to understanding Ayurveda. Understanding your UNIQUE makeup of these elements will reveal your dosha and give you a blueprint for eating for balance. This week will teach you who you are through the eyes of Ayurveda and what foods balance or imbalance your unique constitution.

WEEK TWO: 

AGNI + DIGESTION

In Ayurveda, we observe that the quality of all health is directly dependent on the quality of digestion. This week we will learn the phases of disease according to Ayurveda and how we can manage our agni – our digestive fire – to heal current imbalances and prevent future illness.

WEEK THREE: 

PRANA + SUSTAINABILITY

One of the beautiful things about Ayurveda is you get to quit re-inventing your wheel! Once you’ve learned these fundamentals, you know them for life! But knowing and doing are two different games. This week teaches you how to amplify your energy and gives you practical strategies to implement these teachings into your daily life in a way that lasts!

STUCTURE OF COURSE

In this seriously life-changing three week series, you will receive new video lessons and resource guides every week and be able to learn at your own pace.

 

On Sundays, everyone will meet on Zoom for our weekly follow-up to practice what we’ve learned and go deeper with Q+A and discussion. This is where we get to see theory turn into real life application!

In addition to your weekly lessons, resource guides and Sunday Zoom sessions,  you will also have full-time support inside a private WhatsApp group for course community and accountability.  This is a huge learning piece as everyone’s contributions will be unique and you will learn from each other!

The core Ayurvedic themes we will learn are:

elements, doshas, gunas, rasas and prana!
